students are working with more than 100 drilling contractors around the
world and creating a worldwide web of resources.
We provide the only industry accreditations east of Alberta and recognized
world wide. Students are registered in a data base in Houston,
Texas for validation to employers. Employers in the industry will

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and the Oil and Gas Industry supports
Pre Employment Training programs through their sector council. The
sector council (PHRCC) Petroleum Human Resource Council of Canada was
established to deal with a labour shortage with in the industry through
training and retention strategies.

Employment Insurance:
Skills Development Training funds may be available for Canadian
residence under the Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) with your
province. This service is provided through a signed agreement with the
(HRSDC)Federal and Provincial Governments.

training program delivered at the Bear Training Centre in Spring
Brook, Alberta.

Reg MacDonald President CEO of Maritime Drilling
Schools meets with Companies in Doha QATAR, Abu Dhabi and Dubai
while on a World Trade Centre trade show in QATAR. During his trip
he was assisted with the expertise of Simone Jucker Executive
Director of Edu Nova Gulf Region.


Reg MacDonald was invited on business meetings in Abu
Dhabi with Zadco ( Zakum Development Company) Oil Company, Abu Dhabi
National Oil Company-U.A.E (ADNOC) and United Eastern Group. Shown

While on business in Doha, Qatar, Reg MacDonald President CEO
of Maritime Drilling Schools Ltd. was invited for business meetings with Dr. Jaber Al-Marri Founder, Chairman and CEO of (AIPC) and
Abdul Kader El-Refaei of (AIPC) Arabian International Petroleum
Corp. Dr. Al-Marri was also Vice Chairman & Managing Director-Qatar
Petroleum, Chairman, Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO)- Chairman,
Qatar Liquefied Natural Gas Company (QatarGas)- Chairman, Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company (RasGas) Chairman &
Founder-Qatar Fuel Additives Company (QAFAC). As former
vice-chairman and managing director of Qatar Petroleum and chairman
of Qatar Gas and Ras Gas LNG companies, he presided over $15 billion
US worth of petroleum investments in his home country of Qatar,
located on the west shore of the Persian Gulf. “Canadian companies
should have a presence in the Middle East,” he admonishes. “There
are a lot of huge projects in upstream, downstream, LNG and
petrochemical underway where Canadian companies could play a big
role.”

Meetings with Petroleum Advisors for the Government
administrative system of the State under His Majesty Sultan Qaboos
bin Said Al Said consists of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Ministry
of Palace Office, the Cabinet of Ministers and Secretariat of the
Cabinet, the Specialised Councils, the Governorate of Muscat, the
Governorate of Dhofar and the Council of Oman (Majlis Oman).

Precision Drilling, the largest drilling
contractor in Canada carried out a job fair at Maritime Drilling
Schools in hiring students for the up coming
